Ingredients
- 200 g FODMAPPED Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce 200g = 1 pack
- 350 g lean beef, chicken or pork cut into strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup Broccoli (45g)
- 1 lge Carrot peeled and finely sliced (150g)
- 1/4 Red or Yellow Capsicum sliced (50g)
- 6 Green beans sliced (40g)
- 140 g Rice Stick Noodles
- To Serve
- Nigella Seeds to garnish
- Seaweed finely sliced to garnish

Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- In a heavy base fry pan or wok add the vegetable oil over a medium heat
- Fry meat strips until browned, add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

- Serve in a deep bowl. Garnish with a Nigella seeds and finely sliced seaweed

You can include broccoli in this curry - up to 1/2 cup (45g) per serve is low FODMAP.
