Ingredients
- 200 g FODMAPPED Sweet Chilli Basil + Lemon Grass Stir Fry Sauce 200g = 1 pack
- 18 lge Prawn Cutlets tails on
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce gluten free
- 6 sml Bamboo skewers soaked in water
- 1 Lime zested & juiced
- Kaffir Lime Leaves sliced for garnish
- Nigella Seeds for garnish

Instructions
- In a medium non-metallic bowl combine half the FODMAPPED Sweet Chilli, Basil + Lemon Grass Stir Fry Simmer Sauce, lime juice & zest, sesame oil and soy sauce. Whisk well.
- Add the prawns and marinate for up to 4 hours or a minimum of 40 minutes.
start timer - Thread 3 prawns onto each skewer. Preheat griddle pan or BBQ to medium heat
- BBQ or Grill the skewers for 4 minutes turning and basting frequently.

To Serve
- Serve Skewers drizzled with remaining FODMAPPED Sweet chilli, Basil + Lemongrass Sauce.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of Kaffir lime leaves and Nigella seeds.
Recipe Notes
Nigella seeds look like black sesame seeds and taste a little like onion. Available in the supermarket.
