    Ingredients
    • 200g FODMAPPED Green Curry Simmer Sauce200g = 1 pack
    • 350g lean beef, chicken or porkcut into strips
    • 1tbsp vegetable oil
    • ½cup Broccoli(45g)
    • ½ Carrotfinely sliced (50g)
    • 1/4 Red or Yellow Capsicumsliced (50g)
    • 6 Green beanssliced (40g)
    To Serve
    • Basmati rice
    • Lime wedges
    • Coriander leaveschopped
    Instructions
    1. In a heavy base fry pan or wok add the vegetable oil over a medium heat
    2. Brown meat strips for 3-4 minutes. start timer
    3. Reduce heat to low, add carrot and capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes start timer
    4. Add beans and broccoli, pour in 200g FODMAPPED Green Curry Simmer Sauce and stir through, cooking for a further 12-15minutes start timer
    To serve
    1. Serve with steamed Basmati rice in a deep bowl. Garnish with a lime wedge and chopped Coriander

    You can include broccoli in this curry – up to 1/2 cup (45g) per serve is low FODMAP.
