  • 200g FOD Mapped For You Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce1 pack = 200g
  • 800g Thick fleshed White Fishcubed
  • 1 Lemonzested & Juiced
  • ¼cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 4med Bamboo skewersoaked
  • 4 Warm Gluten Free Wraps
  • 2cups Iceberg Lettuceshredded
  • 2 Tomatoesdiced
  • 1sml Cucumbershaved thinly
To serve
  • ½ cup Greek Yoghurtextra
  • Mint leaves
  1. Place the cubed fish into a zip lock bag.
  2. Add the FODMAPPED Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce, lemon zest and juice with the Greek yoghurt to the bag and shake to coat fish well.
  3. Refrigerate the bag of fish and allow to marinate for up to 1 hour. start timer
  4. Thread marinated fish cubes onto the skewers. Spray skewers with a little olive oil.
  5. Cook skewers on a pre-heated griddle pan 4 -5 minutes each side. start timer
  6. Place each warm tortilla onto a serving plate or wooden board, top tortilla with iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mint leaves.
  7. Cover salad with one fish skewer, drizzle with extra yoghurt and serve.
Recipe Notes

Fish maybe replaced with prawns or chicken for a delicious difference.
